Oh yeah, it’s THAT good! Quite frankly, something THIS delicious and decadent shouldn’t be so easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
- One eight ounce package of cream cheese
- Everything bagel seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- Set your smoker to 160*
- Remove your cream cheese from the fridge
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on the bottom of your tray where the cheese will sit
- Set your cheese brick on the seasoning
- Cover the rest of your cream cheese with the everything bagel seasoning
- MITCH PRO TIP: You really can’t use too much seasoning here!
- When smoker is at temp, place the tray on the smoker and let it roll for two hours
- After two hours, remove from smoker
- Place on a serving tray and surround it with buttery crackers, bagel chips, or pretzels!
