Smoked Everything Bagel Cream Cheese

Oh yeah, it’s THAT good! Quite frankly, something THIS delicious and decadent shouldn’t be so easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

  • One eight ounce package of cream cheese
  • Everything bagel seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Set your smoker to 160*
  • Remove your cream cheese from the fridge
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on the bottom of your tray where the cheese will sit
  • Set your cheese brick on the seasoning
  • Cover the rest of your cream cheese with the everything bagel seasoning
  • MITCH PRO TIP: You really can’t use too much seasoning here!
  • When smoker is at temp, place the tray on the smoker and let it roll for two hours
  • After two hours, remove from smoker
  • Place on a serving tray and surround it with buttery crackers, bagel chips, or pretzels!
